Ivory’s Place Inc. provides restorative, faith‑centered programs designed to support justice‑impacted women, empower youth, and strengthen families. Our nonprofit currently operates two core programs, with additional initiatives fully developed and prepared for launch.
Project Me – Jail-Based Personal Development Program
Project Me is a 10 week curriculum facilitated inside the Alachua County Jail. The program focuses on emotional regulation, identity rebuilding, communication skills, purpose discovery, and re entry preparation. Participants receive weekly lessons, guided exercises, and post release support.
Community Outreach Partnerships (Walmart)
Ivory’s Place collaborates with local Walmart locations to support community engagement, resource distribution, and empowerment initiatives. These partnerships strengthen our ability to serve families and individuals in need.
The Me Workbook (Amazon)
Authored by Minister Janie Crawford, "Me" is a personal development workbook and available to the public. It supports emotional healing, self-reflection, and spiritual growth.
Programs Ready for Launch
Women’s Transitional Housing Program (Opening Soon)
Ivory’s Place has completed the full development of its Transitional Housing Program for women re‑entering the community after incarceration.
The program structure, curriculum, policies, and operational manual are fully established.
We are now in the final phase of securing partnerships and resources to open the facility.
The program will provide:
Safe, structured residential housing
Daily accountability and life‑skills development
Emotional and spiritual support
Employment readiness and goal planning
Case management and re‑entry navigation
Long‑term stability planning
This program is designed to offer a restorative, supportive environment for women rebuilding their lives.
